Catherine Lipsett is a highly qualified professional chef and pastry chef with over fifteen years of experience working in the catering industry.
Catherine has a Masters Certificate in cake decorating, having successfully completed three PME professional diplomas in sugar paste, royal icing and piping and sugar flowers.
In 2012, she established Park Lane Cakes due to an ever-increasing demand for her luxury wedding and christening cakes, cupcakes and dessert tables.

From their HSE approved kitchen in Kinlough, County Leitrim, Park Lane Cakes creates luxury wedding cakes and christening cakes using only the finest ingredients including Benbulben Farmhouse free-range eggs, real Irish butter and Nielsen-Massey vanilla extract.
